Q1. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply 1 or 2 sets samples for free if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers need to pay courier cost.
For customized items, we are able to design and produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can open mould based on customer's requirement.
Q2. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, the goods are packaged in neutral white boxes and brown cartons.
If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q3. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% balance before shipment. The photos of the products and packages will be sent to you for confirmation.
We accept flexible safe payment terms such as T/T,Western Union,Money Gram,L/C,Paypal etc.
Q4. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
Q5. How about your delivery time?
For goods in stock, it will take 1-3 days after receiving your payment.
For customized goods,it will take 15 to 60 days after receiving your advanced payment.
The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q6. Do you test all your goods before shipment?
A: Yes, all goods will be 100% tested before shipment.
